My first thought was to suggest the Pao, and I see that it is one of your suggested suggestions, so now that’s my official suggestion!

Edit: Maybe the Pao but with a chainsaw overlay..

I got the Berkeley! I came here to suggest a kitten in a ZJ, a deer with a Pao, and a smoke-puffing Phaeton, but after reading the comments I’m liking the idea of a Project Cactus pin.

Something Australian to represent our disproportionately large southern hemisphere readership. Say a 2005 Holden Monaro.

Definitely need a David Tracy holy grail. Maybe the ZJ, or the YJ, or the J Truck

I appreciate the pin, as it’s perfect for my pin- and button-adorned jean jacket I wear to ’80s/’90s car events when it’s cold. I’m glad I got the Changli this year, since it’s the only Autopian car I’ve actually gotten to drive, however briefly and slowly.

In the interests of fairness, the next pin should probably pay tribute to something from David’s fleet. However, what I’d really like to see is a pin of the Pao that somehow incorporates a deer. Failing that, I’d like to see SWG’s LeBaron in all its teal glory.

So many thoughts on this. Cherokee XJ popped to mind first. Oh, maybe a brown Volvo 740 wagon… Or an early Honda CVCC. Too many choices.

Folks, you really have to jazz up your merch department. I would love to pay the ridiculously high cost for oversea shipping and customs, if there was a lineup of tastefully colored T-shirts or hoodies with Autopian-themed art-work. The spaghetti spitting shower head would work great, for example.

A pin doesn’t do it for me… but a sticker for the back window, now that’s something I can display with pride.

I agree. I appreciate the gesture of sending us the pins, but I don’t know what to do with it. A high-quality sticker would be more useful. Actually, how about a set of stickers? Many of us have more than one vehicle.

100% agree. I have no use for the pin but I would put the autopian logo or an “inside joke” sticker (such as the Changli, shower spaghetti, or tire fire – all with logo) on my back window.

How about some shitbox pins?
Every shitbox from shitbox showdown in pin form.
That would sell right?
In packs of 5, 10, 20…
Gotta get em all!

Buy em, sell em, trade em!
Arbitrarily make some rarer than others (or do it realistically based on the availability of said shitbox).

It could be an Autopian version of ‘Magic The Gathering’ or ‘Pokémon’.

I love the idea of Top Trumps cards – only they’re SBSD contenders.

I might have to pick these up! Fun fact: Hagerty is based in my home town. McKeel was two years behind me in high school.

A Phaeton pin sounds risky, I’m team Cactus!

A Phaeton pin would probably find a way to break down.

I totally agree about Project Cactus. Let’s reflect how international our community has become. Also, let’s do the Pao and one of Mercedes’ cars, I like the suggestion of the Phaeton trailing smoke.

I support Cactus and the Mondial. But 2CV seems an obvious choice too.

2CV is a good one. I’d wear that pin.

If we’re keeping the Autopian car theme, I vote for a project cactus ute pin

If I were to pick a random vehicle with no Autopian relation, I’d go for a turquoise L400 Delica

I love the Retro RV pin, my wife liked it too so she stole it and put it on her work bag.

Regardless of the design, make it something useful like a keychain, bottle opener, or coozie. A plug gapper would be sweet, too..hell, I’d buy this stuff, too! Also – I’ve had blipshift designs sold, so I’d love to submit some stuff here!

I have the Changli pin by providence. I already smell the stench of chain sawed batteries reeking off of it.
